• As part of a team, you are responsible for a smoothly functioning and customer-oriented operations centre. Together with the operations planning team, you will ensure that our buses reach their destination on time and in a customer-friendly manner
• You are a team player and enjoy working in a small team of around 4 people. Empowering and supporting people is important to you
• You ensure that the supporting IT systems in your area are used and developed correctly
• Other exciting activities such as Creating service descriptions, organising rail replacement trips, etc. round off your job

• Completed training in the field of transport, logistics or comparable qualification
• Experience in dispatching or public transport is an advantage
• You have a category D driving licence
• Good knowledge of the relevant legal regulations
• You are a team player and open to new ideas
• Organisational skills and solution-oriented thinking
• High resilience and flexibility
• Confident handling of IT systems and MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German
